Who We Work With

Mid-market companies (100–2,000 employees) in manufacturing, distribution, fintech, and e-commerce - teams where data is scattered across Excel, legacy databases, and SaaS tools, and there is no single source of truth.

What We Build

Governed analytics platforms on DuckDB, ClickHouse, Apache Iceberg, and dbt. Automated data pipelines with Airflow. Dashboards that update in minutes, not days. Infrastructure as Code - reproducible, versioned, auditable.

How Projects Run

Every project starts with a data audit: we map sources, identify bottlenecks, and define a target architecture. An MVP with core dashboards is typically ready in 4–8 weeks. We run new and old systems in parallel until stakeholders are comfortable, then switch over with zero downtime.

How We Use AI

We use AI where it improves access to trusted data or reduces operational overhead - natural-language queries on governed data, anomaly detection, and workflow automation. We do not treat AI as a substitute for data modeling, testing, or governance.

When We Are Not the Right Fit

If your data fits in a single spreadsheet, if your team has no SQL experience and no plans to build one, or if you need a fully managed enterprise platform with vendor support - we are probably not the best match. We are strongest when there is real reporting pain, multiple data sources, and a willingness to own an open-source stack.

We work remotely with teams in Europe, the Middle East, and CIS markets, deploying infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or Yandex Cloud based on regulatory and operational needs.
